In addition, I think that sometimes the employees do not see any need to use the system or sometimes they are not familiar with the features of the system and the things they can do with it, which goes back to communication. So, first and foremost companies should conduct a thorough need assessment and find out what exactly they want the system to do for them. And when it comes to implement the new HRIS system, they should never ignore the significance of training and introducing the new system , its features and benefits to all employees.
